Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of Andromeda Enterprises (the "Service"), operated by Andromeda Enterprises. By creating an account or buying credits you agree to them.

The service

Andromeda Enterprises provides AI image generation and editing. Work is performed on GPU hardware and charged in prepaid credits. One credit covers one generated image variation.

Accounts

You must give an accurate email address and keep your password secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
One person or organisation per account; do not share credentials.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create material that is unlawful; that depicts minors sexually; that is intended to harass, defame or impersonate a real person; that infringes intellectual property you do not hold rights to; or that breaches Indian law. We may suspend an account for a breach of this clause.

Credits

Credits are prepaid, deducted when a job is accepted, and hold no cash value.
If a job fails for a reason on our side, the credits for it are returned automatically.
Credits are not transferable between accounts.

Your content

You keep ownership of images you upload and of the outputs you generate. You grant us only the limited right to process them in order to run the Service.

Availability

The Service depends on rented GPU capacity and is offered on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts at Flat 12, Santi Nir, 92B Bangaon Boyra Road, Ramnagar, West Bengal 743232.
